The concept.

An intimate wedding shared with a small circle of loved ones, with an exceptionally full schedule across Paris. As Day-of Wedding Coordinator, I managed the transitions between two hotels, the civil ceremony, a cocktail reception, the church ceremony, portrait stops at iconic locations and a cruise on the Seine. My focus was to keep the day running smoothly by coordinating transport for the couple and their guests, overseeing arrivals and receptions, and supporting outfit changes and each move between venues.
